I was with 3 friends the other night playing beer pong on a porch. My friend and I are underage but the other 2 are 21. We were not being loud or out of control in any way. Out of nowhere 2 officers came out of the alley and asked us for IDs. He asked how we got the alcohol and the 21 year old admitted to it. The officer just said don't do it again and blew it off. I was given a citation. If I am polite and honest in court is there any possibility of getting out of this?
