Iis there a law against using the word f--k on a cell phone?

i called a store where my sister ownes and the person who works there did not give me the answer to my question so i used the word f--k and next thing i know a police officer called me back on the store phone with my bithdate and address saying the store clerk is pressing charges against me for using vulger language on a cell phone
