An officer that arrested me lives with the "alledged victim"?

me and my bf were invited to an easter party im 20 by the way this drunken lady starts screaming at us and i was in a bad mood so i had to make a smart comment...she hit me. this ladys 45 mind you. 6 officers showed up and the last one to show was the arresting officer and he lives in the same complex as this woman. Theyre very good friends, her dad owns the complex. i had no idea. id been there a hundred times and iv never seen this woman. were talking to the cops giving a statement when this officer shows up and puts us both in handcuffs. My bfs charges were battery and false imprisonment....he never touched anyone. My chrages were battery and resisting arrest with violence. The whole police report is a lie. everyone he wrote is different. And how come he was the arresting officer? he shouldnt have been...its obviously bias. And now im facing charges that could change my life for the worse. this is my first offense. And why didnt the other woman get arrested too?
