Is this outfit suitable to go out with friends during the day?

Well some of it is a little to dressy and some of it is fine. Like the raybands= YES! Shoes=Maybe tone down a little? Like some vans or something? Shirt- YES .. So get what im saying? but overall nice outfit! Hope i helped!
