Andre Villas-Boas to Chelsea thoughts?

I'll go with Boas. Hiddink is getting older and older now maybe a young manager would be best. I see him doing very well with Chelsea IF(see that big "if") Roman let's him pick the squad and players who he wants to buy. Also Roman needs to keep this young manager for a long time not after 2 season he gives him the sack..even if we end trophy-less season.
