If the statue of limitations has passed. Is there anyway I can get the police chief to release the paperwork?

I was arrested but lied about my age to the police officer and said I was a minor. Got sent to juvenile, And released to my mom. Never had a court date and never charged, But I was told it would show up on a live scan. How can I get them to release any information saying that the case is over and done with? Also the statue of limitations has passed on the charge. I Just need something for my recruiter saying its over and done with, But the police chief won't release any paperwork to me.
