Where would Pacquiao be ranked if he wins against Mayweather and Martinez?

If/when he does finally get the chance to fight them. Does a win over the two immediately make him ATG status and where would he be placed in history? Would he still need to keep fighting the likes of Bradley, Khan, Alvarez, or to an extent Andre Ward, to achieve that status?
